General Information

Our cottage is a very cozy, two-story Cape Cod which includes all the conveniences of home with the solitude of the Lake Superior sights, sounds and surroundings. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen. There are beds to sleep 6, which includes one bedroom downstairs with full bed and an upstairs loft with one full bed and two twin beds. In addition to the full bathroom there is a sauna with wood stove (wood is furnished) and shower. A large wood deck is off the back of the cottage. The charcoal barbeque grill is stored in the detached garage.

All linens, towels and bedding are available for your convenience. Please bring your own beach towels. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. The cottage has a color television with cable and a DVD player that also plays music c.d.’s. The phone is available for local calls and 911.

Rates

-Daily rental w/3 day minimum or weekly.
-The daily rate is $125 a night and the weekly rate is $750
 

Policies

Check in - check out policy:
The keys are in a lock box, when the rental balance is paid, the combination will be given. Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am, unless previous arrangements have been made.

Cancellation policy:
30 days or more prior to the reservation - a full refund.
29 days or less prior to the reservation - 50% re-booking fee from deposit, or you may apply the deposit to another available date.

Payment Structure:
50% deposit and balance due 30 days before arrival. Checks should be made payable to:
